A: Our products are made in India exclusively and purposefully.

A: We are located in Mumbai.

A: We protect you information from unauthorized use. We do not store credit card information on our site.

Q: What type of payment methods do we accept? 

A: We accept payment in the form of Google pay, Paytm, Debit card and Credit card.

Q: How long does an order take to be dispatched?

A: Within 24 hours timeframe we ship your order. Orders within India takes 5-6 working days to be delivered and whitin Mumbai it takes 3-4 days.

Q: I entered the wrong information while placing order, what should I do? 

A: Contact care @pragnavedant.in within 12 hours of placing order. Once the order is shipped we won’t be able to change details.

Q: How do I cancel my order?

A: We are sorry to inform that orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

Q: How do I return a product?

A: If you have received a damaged product, you may return your order for an exchange only within 7 days of order received. The items must be returned in the original unused condtion.
