Dr. Girish Parthan completed MBBS from Govt. Medical College, Trichur. He completed his M.D in Internal Medicine from the prestigious institute, JIPMER, Pondicherry, following which he worked as Senior Resident in the Dept. of Endocrinology, JIPMER. He pursued DM in Endocrinology from the esteemed Institute, PGIMER, Chandigarh. He is among the few Endocrinologists in India who are trained for performing euglycemic and hyperglycemic glucose clamp studies. He has several international publications to his name and is the co-author of the book Clinical Rounds in Endocrinology. He was the first runner up in the all India competition for DM students, Endocrine Society of India- TYSA, 2014. His areas of interest include Diabetes, Paediatric Endocrinology and metabolic bone disorders.
