Dr. Indu B. R has a long and enriching tenure as Obstetrician & Gynaecologist in Renai Medicity. She played pivotal role in setting up her department in Renai Medicity. She did her basic medical degree (MBBS) from Academy of Medical Sciences, Pariyaram in 2001 and took her MD in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from Trivandrum Medical College in the year 2006. Post that, she worked in Lakshmi Hospital, Ernakulam. She is recognised for her high degree of professionalism, personalised care as well as compassionate attitude. She has performed more than thousand five hundred Caesarean Section Operations and over three thousand five hundred normal deliveries during her career as Obstetrician and Gynaecologist till 2015. Her special interests are in the field of high risk Obstetrics and Gynaec minimally invasive surgeries. She is a Life member of IMA, Cochin and Cochin Obstetric & Gynaecological Society.
