Dr. Manoj Kumar Ayyapath has been well regarded for his fantastic expertise in Laparoscopic gastro and liver surgeries. After completing his MBBS in Dec 1997, he obtained his MS (General Surgery) from Medical College, University of Calicut, Kerala in 2003. Dr. Manoj got his DNB (General Surgery) in 2014 and his MRCS from The Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh in 2006. He also holds a DNB in Surgical Gastroenterology from National Board of Examinations, New Delhi. He has attended many national and international conferences and his papers have won many accolades. He has worked with many reputed hospitals like Amala Institute of Medical Sciences, Thrissur, Lakeshore Hospital, Kochi, Gem Hospital Coimbatore and has undergone training as a Fellow in Liver Transplantation at Fortis Hospital, Noida. His special areas of interest are in Laparoscopic Colorectal cancers, Hernias, keyhole pancreatic surgeries, complex Liver surgeries including transplantations.
