Dr. Pradeep Mathew Koshy did his MBBS from Pariyaram Medical College and completed his MD in Internal Medicine from Christian Medical College, Ludhiana. He worked as a consultant physician for 3 years after completing his MD, during which he was in charge of the dialysis centre in the hospital. Following that he completed his DM in Nephrology from the prestigious Christian Medical College Vellore, which is one of the best renal transplant centres in the country. He continued to work in the Department of Nephrology in Christian Medical College after his DM and left there as an Assistant Professor. During his 7 years stay in CMC Vellore, he was an integral part in a number of renal transplants and interventional nephrology procedures (PD catheter insertions, Perm-cath insertions, USG guided renal biopsies) and medical conferences. He is highly experienced in live and deceased donor Renal Transplant, management of post transplant complications and infections and long term transplant follow up. He is well trained in General Nephrology and in performing haemodialysis, CRRT, plasmapheresis, peritoneal dialysis, renal biopsy and interventional procedures. His special interest lies in Renal transplant and Glomerular diseases.
