Dr. Swethaa Kamath is a Senior Specialist working in the department of Anaesthesiology and Critical care of Polakulath Renai Medicity since 2019. She completed her MBBS from PSG Institute of Medical Sciences, Coimbatore in 2004. She went on to complete her Diploma in Anaesthesiology (D.A) from KMC Mangalore in 2007 and her Diplomate of National Board (DNB) in Anaesthesiology from Kovai Medical centre & Hospital, Coimbatore in 2009. She has been exposed to various sub-specialities in Anaesthesiology through her experiences at Indraprastha Apollo hospital, New Delhi, ESI hospital, Delhi, PVS memorial hospital, Kochi. Her areas of interest include anaesthesia for Gastroenterology and Hepatobiliary disease, Paediatric Anaesthesia, Neuraxial and Perineural blocks for Anaesthesia, Obstetric and anaesthesia for IVF therapy.
