Dizziness or head spinning is one of the commonest symptoms analysed in a neurology /ENT clinic.

Patients experience rotation of self or surrounding and may be accompanied by vegetative symptoms like sweating, vomiting, gastro intestinal upset etc. Some persons complain of changes in head positions which bring about this vertigo.
